SUMMARY:2024 Alcathon Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The 2024 annual Alcathon is quickly approaching.  This event is always impactful and provides a safe space for meetings over the 24th and 25th of December. \nThe event runs from 2:00pm n the 24th to 2:00pm n the 25th and offers a meeting every hour.  Individuals or groups will be able to sign up for time slots. \nMeeting materials will be provided but individual group content is welcome. \nThe next committee meeting will be Nov 28th at 5:30 at the Alano Club\, 321 Wallace Street.  There are opportunities to help with: \n\nDecorating\nSetup/Teardown\nKitchen help\nGeneral logistics help\n\nPlease join us to find out how you can assist. \nThe meeting schedule will be posted soon to to start selecting your spots. \n
