When is the next meeting? The next regular Intergroup meeting is Sunday, June 24th, at 1:30 pm, after our AGM and elections. Any AA member is welcome to attend this meeting.
The Intergroup Chairperson will be available at 1:00 p.m. to answer any of your questions.
Who can attend? If you are the Intergroup representative for your home group, please ensure that you (or your alternate representative) attend. Any A.A. member may attend an Intergroup Meeting and submit business (contact Central Office for process) or attend as an observer; however, only Intergroup Representatives have a vote, and can make a motion.
When are Intergroup meetings held? Meetings are held the second Sunday of the month, except when it falls on a holiday weekend. In that case we meet the following Sunday. We meet at 1:30 pm.
Where are Intergroup meetings held? St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 100 Chapel Street, Nanaimo BC, V9R 5H2.
What happens at an Intergroup meeting? Intergroup deals with business that arises at the group level. Each Intergroup Representative shares their group conscience at the monthly meeting.
