Intergroup Annual General Meeting: Wednesday, June 8th at 6pm on Zoom. Several positions will be available. Zoom info can be found on Nanaimoaa.org under Announcements and Events.

Afternoon Office Volunteers: Intergroup Central Office is looking for volunteers to help run the office Monday to Friday from 1pm to 4pm. Please contact the office if interested: 250-753-7513 or nanaimoaa@shaw.ca

District 7 paper meeting lists: Nanaimo and Ladysmith paper meeting lists are available at Intergroup Central Office.

Nanaimo AA Picnic hosted by District 7: Saturday, June 4th from noon to 3pm at the Unity Church at 2331 East Wellington Road. Poster can be viewed on Nanaimoaa.org under Announcements and Events.

Big Book Study – Friday nights in Parksville: starting Friday, May 6th at 7pm there will be an 8-week Big Book Study at Shelly Hall. Please see the poster on Nanaimoaa.org under Announcements and Events for more information.

Parksville/Qualicum Rally: June 17th to 19th in Coombs. Flyer and more information can be found on Nanaimoaa.org under Announcements and Events.

Gabriola Campout: July 15th to 17th on Gabriola. Flyer and more information can be found on Nanaimoaa.org under Announcements and Events.

Contact list for Clearview Clients: District 7 (Nanaimo & Ladysmith area) Detox Chairs are creating a “Bridging the Gap” list of contacts for Clearview clients.  The list will be on a clipboard in the meeting room at Clearview. If interested in having your name and number on this list please email district7detox@gmail.com

Intergroup Positions Available: there are currently two positions available: an Archives Chair and Newsletter Chair. Information on each role can be found on Nanaimoaa.org under Announcements and Events.

District 7 Service Opportunities: there are many ways to be of service in the Lantzville to Ladysmith area. Please contact the various chairs including Detox, Corrections, Cooperation with the Professional Community (chair position currently open), Public Information, & Treatment and Accessibilities/Remote Community to get involved.
